Welcome to the East SF Bay Area Freecycle group!

The Freecycle Network™ is made up of 5,041 groups with 8,960,179 members across the globe. It's a grassroots and entirely nonprofit movement of people who are giving (and getting) stuff for free in their own towns and thus keeping good stuff out of landfills.

While the organization tests and tweaks to bring the new 'My Freeycle' systems online, please join us at our current home at San Francisco Bay Area (East Bay)

To keep things simple, please sign up at our Yahoo Group only. When we finally activate the new 'My Freecycle' system, we will make an annoucement so everyone can take advantage of this great new service! Membership is free, and everything posted must be FREE with no strings attached, legal and appropriate for all ages. To view the items being gifted away or requested in the East San Francisco Bay area (Contra Costa and Alameda counties), you must be a member of the local group.
